When Unilever began to outsource European finance transactions to IBM I joined the team to lead the Bill to Cash (B2C) workstream. My role was to gain stakeholder commitment, agree any local exceptions to the standard process, ensure project progress and oversee delivery of the service. I managed a small team of B2C process experts and an SAP developer.

Over three years we reduced headcount by 120, reduced DSOs and enabled regional oversight of the AR position of major customers.
